MUCOID/JELLY LIKE DISCHARGE + NO PAINFUL CONTRACTIONS ➡️➡️➡️ Tulog muna.
IF with PAINFUL CONTRACTION, but no discharge ➡️➡️➡️ GO na.
PROFUSE VAGINAL BLEEDING, almost soaking a regular pad with or without painful contraction ➡️➡️ GO na.
IF with PAINFUL CONTRACTION, take note of the start of each contraction para alam nyo Interval.
IRREGULAR INTERVAL ➡️➡️ take a warm bath and TRY to sleep.

DECREASE IN FETAL MOVEMENT ➡️➡️ Inform your OB or Midwife or JUST GO na.
