Kaugnay ng operasyon ng pagkakatay sa Sablayan Municipal Slaughterhouse ngayong darating na mga Mahal na Araw, ipinaaalam po namin na hindi muna tatanggap ng anumang hayop na ipakakatay sa Huwebes (Abril 2) para sa operasyon ng katay sa Biyernes (Abril 3).

Ito ay upang mabigyang-daan ang isasagawang General Cleaning at Preventive Maintenance para sa pagpapanatili ng kalinisan at kaayusan ng ating pasilidad.

✅ Magpapatuloy ang operasyon at pagtanggap ng mga hayop sa Biyernes ng hapon (Abril 3) para sa katayan sa Sabado (Abril 4).

AtingAlaMeat || The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) established the Meat Safety and Quality Assurance (MSQA) Program as a core regulatory mechanism to protect public health by ensuring that meat and meat by-products are safe, wholesome, and fit for human consumption.

To operationalize the program, NMIS maintains a pool of trained MSQA Auditors who assess Meat Establishments’ (MEs) compliance with Good Operating Practices (GOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standards Operating Procedure (SSOP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems. Through MSQA audits, compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards, food safety requirements, and meat inspection protocols is systematically validated across all stages of operation.
