DELIVERY POLICY
1. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer and will automatically be calculated and added to your total bill upon placing of order. (For local shipping only)
2. LOVELYVILLE official courier via JRS / LBC. Delivery time every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
3. Customer's orders will be shipped within 2 working days after confirmation of payment. Please allow us one day to confirm your payments after you inform us.
4. Expect to receive your package within 3-4 working days AFTER shipment.
5. LOVELYVILLE shop is not liable for shipment delays on the part of the courier.
6. Pre-ordered items will be shipped after 3 or 4 days..Please be patience enough when it comes to PRE-ORDERED ITEMS.
