Taos pusong pasasalamat po sa lahat ng sumuporta at nag tiwala sa mga Youth Empowered Leaders! patuloy tayong aangat sa barangay West Calaguiman at patuloy ang aming pakikinig sa bawat kabataan sa ating komunidad. Nawa'y bigyan niyo po kami ng pagkakataon upang patunayan ang aming sarili at mag lingkod upang tuparin ang aming mga pangako, hinding hindi namin sasayangin ang inyong tiwala. Muli po, maraming salamat BARANGAY WEST CALAGUIMAN!

Bilang kasapi ng YOUTH EMPOWERED LEADERS ng West Calaguiman na isang boluntaryong kabataan na nakikibaka na maibigay ang proyektong hindi pang-iilan lamang. Kung 'di sapat na programang tiyak na pakikinabangan ng lahat ng kabataan hindi lang pansamantala kung 'di panghabang panahon. Ayun ang malinaw na kailangan ng mga kabataan sa panahon natin ngayon.
Kaya maging mapanuri, magsiyasat, maki-alam. Matuto na tayo sa nangyari sa nakaraan. Maging matalino tayo sa pagpili ng karapatdapat manungkulan. Magkaiba ang Mabait at Mabuti!
Ang hangarin namin na manungkulan ay para sa IKABUBUTI NG BAWAT KABATAAN NG WEST CALAGUIMAN. Kaisa nyo kami sa Pag-Angat at Pag-Asenso ng West Calaguiman, Maging sa buong Bayan ng Samal.

READY TO LEAD: A Courtesy Call to Mayor Alex Acuzar
The courtesy call of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) to Mayor Alex Acuzar was a significant event aimed at discussing ways to enhance the lives of the youth in West Calaguiman. This pivotal meeting took place on August 30, 2023, just before Team YEL submitted their Certificate of Candidacy for the upcoming SK elections.
During the courtesy call, Mayor Alex Acuzar welcomed the SK representatives and expressed his commitment to supporting the youth in the community. He acknowledged the importance of empowering the youth and providing opportunities for their growth and development.
The SK members presented their ideas and proposals for various youth-focused initiatives, including educational programs, sports and recreational activities, and youth employment opportunities. Mayor Acuzar listened attentively and encouraged their active participation in local governance.
The meeting highlighted the collaborative spirit between the local government and the youth representatives, emphasizing the need for ongoing dialogue and cooperation to address the specific needs and aspirations of young people in West Calaguiman. Mayor Acuzar expressed his support for this idea and pledged to allocate resources for its development.
The courtesy call concluded with a commitment to work together and continue engaging in productive discussions to further improve the quality of life for the youth in West Calaguiman. The meeting laid the foundation for a more inclusive and youth-friendly approach to local governance in the Municipality especially in the Barangaybof West Calaguiman.
