𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗥𝗚𝗬. 𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗣: 𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗜, 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗗

The Rural Health Unit of Samal successfully conducted a medical outreach in Barangay Licup, bringing essential healthcare services closer to the community.

Led by Rural Health Physician Dr. Stephanie Alva Risonar-Parreño, together with the dedicated RHU team, the activity delivered a range of medical, surgical, and dental services aimed at promoting the health and well-being of residents.

This initiative was made possible through the support of Barangay Licup, under the leadership of Punong Barangay Richard A. Saladaga, whose cooperation ensured the smooth and organized implementation of the outreach.

𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦:

• 12 individuals successfully underwent tuli operation
• 54 residents received medical consultations
• 16 clients availed of tooth extraction services
• 2 individuals received dental consultations
• 1 pregnant client received dental check-up and oral health assessment

Through initiatives like this, the Rural Health Unit of Samal continues to bring quality, accessible, and responsive healthcare services closer to every Samaleño.

𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗜 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗥𝗚𝗬. 𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗘

In line with its commitment to bring quality healthcare services closer to every community, the Rural Health Unit of Samal successfully conducted healthcare outreach activity in Barangay San Jose.

The activity was led by Rural Health Physician Dr. Stephanie Alva Risonar-Parreño, together with the dedicated RHU personnel, delivering essential medical, surgical, and dental services to residents of the barangay.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the support and cooperation of Barangay San Jose, under the leadership of Punong Barangay Matarol Delfin, whose assistance contributed to the smooth and orderly implementation of the outreach program.

𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗗:

• 35 individuals successfully underwent tuli operation
• 80 residents availed of medical check-up services
• 21 clients received tooth extraction services
• 1 individual received dental consultation
• 4 women successfully underwent Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) cervical screening

Through activities like this, the Rural Health Unit of Samal continues to uphold its mission of providing accessible, responsive, and people-centered healthcare services for every Samaleño.

The Rural Health Unit of Samal successfully conducted a healthcare outreach activity in 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗴, bringing essential medical, surgical, and dental services closer to the community.

The initiative was made possible through the support and cooperation of Barangay Cawag headed by Punong Barangay 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗖. 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗻̃𝗮, whose leadership helped ensure the smooth conduct of the activity.

A total of 𝟮𝟬 individuals successfully underwent tuli operation, while 𝟯𝟭 residents availed of free medical check-up services during the outreach.

Dental services were also provided, including 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗴𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗶 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 for 23 infants aged 8 months to 2 years old, dental check-up for 𝟱 pregnant mothers, and dental consultations for 𝟮 individuals.

This initiative reflects the continued dedication of the Rural Health Unit Samal in promoting accessible and people-centered healthcare services for every Samaleño.

The activity was made possible through the support of Barangay Aundanao under the leadership of Punong Barangay 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗠. 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗮𝗼, with the barangay providing medicines and anesthesia for the beneficiaries.

The tuli services were carried out by the Rural Health Unit personnel headed by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻̃𝗼, ensuring safe and quality healthcare delivery throughout the activity.

A total of 𝟮𝟬 successful tuli procedures were completed, while 𝟮𝟲 residents also availed free medical check-up services.

This initiative reflects the continued commitment of the Rural Health Unit Samal and Barangay Aundanao in promoting accessible, community-based, and people-centered healthcare services for all.
