The Story of the Design Architectural & Engineering Process

Next comes the Schematic Design. Think of it like sketching the first draft of a story—exploring different layouts and possibilities.

Then, the story gets richer in the Design Development phase. Here, we refine the details—choosing materials, adjusting spaces, and shaping the character of the design.

When the story is ready to be told, we create the Construction Documents. These are the technical drawings that guide builders, like a script guiding actors on stage.

Finally, we enter the Construction Phase. The story comes alive—walls rise, spaces form, and the dream takes shape in reality.
