Currently serving as 𝘚𝘏𝘈𝘙𝘗 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳 and 𝘙𝘚𝘜 𝘚𝘢𝘯 𝘈𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳, Ms. Fajarito plays a vital role in advancing student leadership and academic research initiatives within the campus. Her unwavering commitment to innovation, mentorship, and institutional growth has significantly contributed to strengthening the culture of research and professional development among students and faculty alike.

As the adviser of 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘏𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴 (SHARP), she continues to guide future hospitality professionals toward excellence, discipline, and industry readiness. Through her leadership, SHARP has remained active in organizing meaningful programs and activities that empower students to grow both academically and professionally.

Her dedication to research coordination has likewise enhanced the university’s academic standing by fostering collaborative studies, encouraging scholarly outputs, and promoting a research-driven academic environment.
