We are looking for : Operations & Finance Manager

Location: Marcos, Ilocos Norte
Reports To: Owner/Founder

Role Objective
The Operations & Finance Manager is the primary custodian of the business’s profitability and safety standards. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial planning and the daily "boots on the ground" reality of running a premier destination venue.

Key Responsibilities
• Financial Stewardship: Manage P&L, set seasonal pricing strategies, and oversee all procurement for the restaurant, event hall, and camp activities.
• Operational Excellence: Supervise the end-to-end ex*****on of events and ensure all adventure equipment, meets strict safety certifications.
• Compliance & Risk: Maintain all local permits, ECC requirements, and insurance renewals to protect the 2-hectare expansion.
• Growth Analytics: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), occupancy rates, and average spend per guest.

Required Qualifications
• Degree: BS in Business, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience: 5+ years in a senior supervisory role, preferably in integrated resorts or agri-tourism.
• Skills: Advanced Excel/Data Analysis, experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), and a strong grasp of labor laws and safety protocols.
