Please be advised that RVNET no longer has a House-to-House Collection officer. Kindly ensure your internet bill is paid on or before the due date via online payment (E-Wallet / Bank Transfer) or by making a direct payment at our Sub-office in Brgy. Daculang Tubig. While RVNET’s Main Office in Poblacion is under construction, timely payments will help avoid service disconnection.
If payment is not received within seven (7) days following the due date, subscribers will be required to pay a reconnection fee of Php.100 after disconnection.

Troubleshooting and repair at Brgy. Tagpocol, Maragñi, Calascagas, Poblacion Area, Coastal Area San Fernando, and Sitio Mainit, Balogo, Pasacao are still ongoing.
