Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 π‘πŽπ˜ π‘πŽπƒπ„π‘πˆπ‚πŠ 𝐏 π€π†π”π“πŽ, DSC, Regional Director of the Bureau of Fire Protection Region IV-A, 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐄 𝐆 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐀𝐉𝐀𝐋-π€π“πˆπ„ππ™π€, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of Batangas, and π…π’πˆππ’π πŒπ€π„ π‰πŽπ˜ 𝐓 𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐀𝐍, Municipal Fire Marshal of San Jose Fire Station, personnel of this station participated in the Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Banay-Banay I Elementary School.

A total of 64 incoming students from Banay-Banay I Elementary School benefited from a free haircut program initiated by the San Jose Fire Station. This initiative aims to significantly boost the students' self-confidence as they prepare to interact with peers and teachers. By helping them look and feel their best, the program serves to motivate the learners, fostering a positive mindset for the start of the new academic year.

The Troop Information and Education (TI&E) session is an organized briefing activity designed to keep personnel informed, motivated, and aligned with the agency’s goals and objectives. Through the motivational session conducted by the San Jose Fire Station, firefighters are provided with guidance and encouragement to effectively cope with the pressures associated with emergency response operations. The activity helps strengthen mental resilience, promotes a positive outlook, and supports the development of healthy coping mechanisms to reduce stress and prevent burnout. Moreover, it reinforces the importance of their role in public safety, inspiring personnel to remain committed to their duty of protecting lives, property, and the community they serve.
