‎ PROCEED TO THE SSG OFFICE TO CLAIM YOUR UNIFIED ORGANIZATIONAL CLEARANCE.

Fill-in the students information such as NAME, SECTION and other details.

‎Step 2:

PROCEED TO DS 101 TO CHECK IF THE 4 PESOS PAYMENT FOR CBAM DAY AND NIGHT HAS BEEN SETTLED.
‎
Step 3:

CHECK IF THE SECTION HAS ALREADY SUBMITTED ITS DONATION FOR BJMP.

‎Step 4

ONCE EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE. FIND MS.KENDRA B. MARTINEZ TO SIGN YOUR CLEARANCE.

‎To avoid overcrowding, only the President or one (1) representative of each class are allowed to present their class clearance for signing.‎
