Today - very brief. May not even notice.

Tomorrow - 10am onwards our primary ISP will be offline for urgent maintenance by our provider.

You may notice slower than normal browsing or dropped / interrupted calls.

Our systems are online and operational.

We are still waiting for power to come back in all service areas to be able to assess individual lines.

But all of our main lines are online except
- Danao Norte - waiting for Tielco to replace broken poles and restore power
- Cabalian branch - sched for repair today even no power yet.

All other lines have already been checked and cleared yesterday.

If your power comes back and you have no connetion, please txt your subscriber name and concern to our hotline 0909-709-0734 or stop by our office. We are open today.

The area in front of our office is flooded. We will be forced to shut off main power until the flood water subsides / remedies made to prevent damage.

Our battery may last another hour or two, but it is unknown when Tielco may be able to restore main power to Santa Fe.
