We are proud to introduce the dedicated leader steering the Office of the Student Housing and Residential Services at the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Santa Maria Campus—our Dormitory Manager I and concurrent Chief of Dormitory Services, MR. ALVIN JAY F. TOBIAS!

Holding dual responsibilities, Mr. Tobias champions both administrative excellence and the vital community-building required to run a premier student residential facility. For him, managing a campus dormitory goes far beyond daily logistics; it is about establishing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

From implementing strict safety protocols and standardizing operational guidelines to collaborating closely with student bodies like the Students' Dormitory Organization (SDO), he ensures that our dormitories serve as a genuine "home away from home" where student leaders and residents can excel both academically and personally.

With a steadfast commitment to student welfare and professionalized management, the Office of the Student Housing and Residential Services continues to elevate the holistic living-learning experience on campus.
