𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗟𝗖𝗣𝗖 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘀 "𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹" 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) of the Municipality of Santa Rita recorded an overall score of 87.71%, earning an "Ideal" rating or the Highest Level of Functionality in the 2026 Functionality Assessment, in line with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-039.

Under the leadership of Mayor Reynan S. Calo, the Municipality continues to implement programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at promoting and protecting the welfare of children.

This recognition affirms the commitment of the local government to building a community where every child is safe, protected, and given opportunities to grow.

𝗟𝗚𝗨, 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸

The Local Government Unit (LGU), through its Municipal Health Office (MHO) and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), provided round-the-clock operations to ensure that pilgrims, tourists, visitors, and Ritenians are given proper assistance during the Semana Santa holidays, which started on Holy Thursday, as instructed by Mayor Reynan Calo.

LGU personnel on duty were also joined by the Philippine National Police (PNP) Santa Rita Police Station and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Santa Rita Fire Station.

First aid stations were set up in the two parishes, while ambulances were deployed in key areas of worship and devotion. Rural Health Unit personnel provided immediate medical assistance, such as blood pressure checks.

Cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces are continuously being maintained through regular flushing and sweeping, through the efforts of the General Utility Services Group, the Materials Recovery Facilities Group, and the Mayor’s Office Support Group (MOSG).

Market operations are also being monitored by the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, the Market Supervisor, and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Santa Rita.

All concerned LGU personnel shall remain on high alert until Easter Sunday.
