Hello, Welcome to my Facebook site. A little about me: After getting my degree from Enderun College in Culinary Arts I went to work for a few years in the Culinary industry working at 3 different 5 star hotels. Over that time I felt a pull to the Pastry side of the business and resigned my position to further my education at the Academy of Pastry and Baking Culinary Arts where I honed my skills on bread-making, cakes, cookies, chocolatier and all things sweet. I am focused on starting up my own business by the end of 2020 and I will be posting on this site my upcoming offerings and will post some picture of my special occasion work here as well. I would appreciate your feedback as I work to define my initial menu. Of course, I will also do custom work for parties on request as well.
