We are honored to welcome Ms. Aimee Nañas Gonzaga, M.A., Registered Psychologist, as our Guest Speaker for Yellow Day 2025: The Light that Untangles.

Ms. Gonzaga is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist and the Founder of Whole-Souled Psychological Services. With her years of experience in trauma care, clinical psychology, and therapeutic interventions, she continues to touch many lives through her expertise and passion for mental health. She actively contributes to various organizations such as the Philippine Association for Child and Play Therapy, Inc. and the Society of Filipino Family Therapists.

Her session will surely provide us with deeper insights on Psychological First Aid, giving us practical knowledge and strategies to support mental health in our schools and communities. We can’t wait to learn and be inspired by her!

On October 4, the UPHSL Psychology Society marked Yellow Day 2025 with the theme “The Light That Untangles.” This annual celebration reaffirmed the Society’s advocacy for mental health, serving as a reminder that awareness, compassion, and resilience remain vital in today’s world.

The event created opportunities for meaningful reflection and dialogue, encouraging students to take an active role in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Through this gathering, the Society emphasized that collective action can lead to greater understanding and support within the community.

Yellow Day remains a significant tradition for the UPHSL Psychology Society, calling everyone to continue spreading light and hope amidst life’s complexities.
