𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲:

𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
The process begins with the presentation of a service proposal. If the client agrees to the terms, both parties proceed to contract signing. This stage formalizes the agreement and sets the foundation for the project.

𝟮. 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Once the contract is signed, the client provides a down payment, which signifies the start of the project and funds the initial phases of work.

𝟯. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁
The team meets with the client to understand their requirements, preferences, and project goals. This involves discussions to establish a clear vision for the project.

𝟰. 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 & 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
A site visit is conducted to gather necessary information about the project location, and interviews may be held to clarify any specific client needs or constraints.

𝟱. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵
During introspection, the team reflects on the gathered information and engages in research to generate ideas, explore design possibilities, and understand the project’s context.

𝟲. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Based on the research and client input, the team develops initial concepts. This is where the project’s creative direction begins to take shape.

𝟳. 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻
The conceptual ideas are translated into schematic designs. These preliminary designs outline the basic form and function of the project, setting the stage for more detailed work.

𝟴. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
The schematic design is presented to the client for feedback. If revisions are requested, the team will make adjustments as necessary.

𝟵. 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
After the schematic design phase and initial revisions, a second billing occurs to cover the cost of further design work.

𝟭𝟬. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
The design is refined, incorporating detailed specifications, materials, and systems. This phase ensures that all aspects of the project are well-coordinated and ready for ex*****on.

𝟭𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
The developed design is presented to the client once more for approval. Additional revisions may be made based on client feedback.

𝟭𝟮. 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
A third billing follows the design development phase to cover the next stages of work.

𝟭𝟯. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Detailed contract documents, including drawings and specifications, are prepared. These documents serve as a guide for construction and ensure all project requirements are clear.

𝟭𝟰. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
This phase involves creating detailed drawings, acquiring necessary permits, and conducting negotiations with contractors or suppliers.

𝟭𝟱. 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹
The finalized documents are signed and sealed, signifying that all details have been approved and the project is ready for the construction phase.

𝟭𝟲. 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿
A fourth billing occurs, and any changes to the initial contract (change orders) are processed. This allows for flexibility to adjust the project scope, if necessary.

𝟭𝟳. 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
The contract is awarded to a contractor who will be responsible for carrying out the construction. This includes handling tender queries and setting the terms for construction.

𝟭𝟴. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴
The project moves to the finishing phase, where final touches and quality checks are completed to ensure everything aligns with the design intent.

𝟭𝟵. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
The last billing is issued, covering any remaining costs before the project is handed over.

𝟮𝟬. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁
After all work is completed, the project is officially turned over to the client, concluding the design service process.

This sequence ensures a systematic approach to managing design projects, from initial discussions to the final handover, maintaining a clear structure and workflow throughout.
