APPLICATION PROCESS
โข Application Forms are available at the City youth development Office located at Santa Rosa MultiโPurpose Complex and look for :

โข All Participants should pass the following requirements:
2x2 ID Picture , School ID / Company ID , Vaccine Card , Barangay Clearance.
โข Entry Form ( Entry Form available in City Youth Development Office located at Multi Purpose Complex, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.
QUALIFICATION
โข All participants should be 15 years old up to 30 years old.
โข Can be solo, duo or group.
โข Participants should be resident of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.
