Real Property Management Service is currently looking for:

SALES AND MARKETING ASSISANT

FULLTIME POSITION WORK FROM HOME
SALARY: 900 - 1200 CAD ( Depend on your Experience)
WORKING HOURS: 12nn- 8:30pm EST include Saturday and Sunday workdays

Tasks/Responsibilities:
🔹Create and set appointments for Sr Property Manager for possible clients
🔹Meet virtually with client and staff
🔹Manage follow ups on leads for closing of deals (signing for property management services)
🔹Answer calls and emails for sales inquiries
🔹Communicate with new clients on steps to be taken from signing up until endorsement to Leasing Team
🔹Able to generate and manage leads from recommendation/s from existing/past clients, inquiries from social media, website, etc.
🔹Create and Manage email marketing campaigns including content curation and effectiveness
🔹Work closely with Director of Branch Operations and Branch Owners in ensuring that creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
🔹Able to create and manage an advertising campaign in Google (PPC), SMM (Facebook, Instagram) that targets different audiences
🔹Ability to track, Identify and analyze sales KPI results
🔹Regular Market research

Experience and Skills:
🔹Credible communication skills (phone and email)
🔹2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
🔹Relevant post-secondary education
🔹Good organization skills
🔹Good calendar management skills
🔹Proficient in email and social media marketing
🔹Strong copywriting skills
🔹Proficiency in Sales CRM is a plus
