A LEADER WITH VISION.
A godly visionary is not merely someone who dreams about the future, but one who sees through the lens of God’s truth, guided by His Word and Spirit. In the Bible, vision is closely connected to spiritual awareness, discernment, and obedience. Proverbs 29:18 declares, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” This shows that vision is not human imagination alone—it is rooted in God’s guidance and His commandments.
A godly visionary possesses spiritual sight. This means being sensitive to what is happening not only physically but spiritually. Like the sons of Issachar in 1 Chronicles 12:32, who “had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do,” a true leader discerns the season and responds according to God’s will. Vision without righteousness leads to destruction, but vision anchored in God produces direction, hope, and stability.
One key characteristic of a godly visionary is watchfulness. Jesus emphasized this repeatedly. In Matthew 24:42, He warned, “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.” Again in Mark 13:33, He said, “Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.” These words are not just about waiting for His return—they are instructions for daily living. A visionary leader must be alert, aware, and prayerful. He must observe the signs of the times—moral decay, deception, global unrest—and align his leadership with God’s truth.
The danger today is the rise of leaders who lack keen observation and spiritual awareness. Many are driven by popularity, emotion, or personal ambition rather than truth. They fail to see the deeper issues affecting the world—spiritual blindness, moral compromise, and the erosion of God’s law. Hosea 4:6 warns, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” When leaders lack discernment, the people suffer.
A leader without vision becomes reactive instead of proactive. Instead of guiding people through truth, he follows trends and public opinion. This is dangerous, especially in a time when misinformation spreads quickly and deception becomes normalized. Jesus warned in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” A godly visionary protects people from deception by staying grounded in Scripture and maintaining a watchful spirit.
Another important trait is discernment. Hebrews 5:14 says mature believers have their senses exercised “to discern both good and evil.” A visionary leader must distinguish truth from error, righteousness from compromise. Without this, leadership becomes blind. As Jesus said in Matthew 15:14, “If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” This is the tragic result of leadership without spiritual vision.
A godly visionary also demonstrates humility and dependence on God. He does not rely on his own understanding. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Vision comes from God, and it must be continually renewed through prayer, study, and obedience.
In contrast, leaders who ignore what is happening around the globe—whether in morality, faith, or human behavior—become disconnected from reality. They fail to prepare people for challenges and instead offer empty reassurance. Ezekiel 33:6 gives a strong warning: “But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet… his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.” Leaders are watchmen. If they fail to warn, they are accountable.
Jesus’ command to “watch” is deeply connected to responsibility. Luke 21:36 says, “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy… to stand before the Son of man.” Watching is not passive—it involves prayer, awareness, and action. A godly visionary prepares people spiritually, strengthens their faith, and points them back to God’s commandments.
In today’s fast-changing world, a godly visionary is essential. He sees beyond headlines and recognizes the spiritual battle behind global events. He does not panic, but he does not ignore reality either. Instead, he stands firm, guided by truth, and leads others with wisdom and courage.
Ultimately, a godly visionary reflects Christ’s example—alert, compassionate, truthful, and obedient to God. He understands that leadership is not about control but stewardship. And above all, he remains watchful, knowing that the times demand clarity, faithfulness, and unwavering trust in God.

DEATH AND RESURRECTION,
Where did the belief in the “immortality of the soul” come from?
Is it from Christianity or from paganism?
Why did Jesus (the true founder of Christianity) say:
“No man has ascended up to heaven…” (John 3:13)?
What about Noah, Abraham, and all the righteous… where are they now?
According to Scripture, death has not yet been completely abolished. In 1 Corinthians 15, it is declared that death is the “last enemy” that will be destroyed. This means that people continue to die, and death cannot be stopped until Christ returns. At His coming, the resurrection will take place and the complete victory over death will finally be fulfilled.
