Aplaya National High School proudly celebrates another remarkable achievement as our young campus journalists showcased excellence, grit, and brilliance during the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2025, bringing home multiple awards and securing our place in the regional competition. 💚🏆

Our TV Scriptwriting and Broadcasting Team emerged as the Overall Champion and RSPC Qualifier, proving that dedication and teamwork always lead to victory. The team also earned numerous individual recognitions: Franz Gabriel B. Narvaja as Best Anchor, Mary Jane Camu as Best News Presenter, Cmy Karyl Calambro as Best Scriptwriter, John Kenneth Lucañas as Best Technical Specialist, Charizze Heart Balandra as Best DevCom Specialist, Maria Krystel Lacanilao as Anchor 2, Jussfer Ryan Ito as News Presenter 2 🤗👏🥇✨

Excellence also shined in individual writing and photography categories. Lady Allyza Ramirez proudly secured 3rd Place in Copyreading and Headline Writing (English), while Marvin Valerio earned 4th Place in Sportswriting (Filipino). ANHS also celebrates additional recognitions, with 6th Place in Photojournalism (English) and 6th Place in Science Writing (English), together with the entries of Krystel Jaine Camu and Amerjaphel Torres contributing to the school’s strong representation. 🙌💚✨

In the School Paper Category, Ang Salambaw continued to prove its strength with 7th Place in Feature Page and 6th Place in Sports Page, reflecting the growth and determination of our student publication. 📝📑

Behind every victory is a group of passionate mentors, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated School Paper Advisers & Coaches—Ma’am Cyril L. Cho, Ma’am Chriselle Anne V.
