Job Description
• Create and promote career opportunities through the use of social media and other tactics
• Screen, review resume from email and schedule initial interview to applicants
• Resolve applicants’ concerns or issues by providing them with information about the hiring process or referring them to hiring managers.
• Monitor, update status and maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct pre-onboarding trainings
• Build applicant sources by researching in social media
• Establish contacts with schools and employment agencies.
• Prepare and update necessary recruitment reports and documents
• Participate on company’s and branch recruitment events

Minimum Qualification
• Excellent communication and relational skills
• Tech Savvy
• Goal-driven and proactive
• Have a positive mindset and self-motivated
• College graduate with preferred but not limited to courses on psychology, human resource, marketing or management

Perks
• Basic Salary of 10,000 - 20,000 depending on experience
• With monthly and year-end bonus.
