INCLUSIONS:
- water bill
- drinking water
- WiFi access for 1 device

EXCLUSION:
- room electricity

NOTE: Laundry and cooking are not allowed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 month deposit (refundable) & 1 month advanced payment (non-refundable rent)
- valid gov't ID
- signed contract
- Covid vaccination card
- minimum 6 months stay
