We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Sales Executive who is hungry to close deals and grow revenue. This role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident in selling, and are motivated by results, commissions, and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aggressively generate new business and close advertising sales
• Pitch advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and decision-makers
• Build, manage, and grow a strong client portfolio
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and present persuasive proposals and sales presentations
• Follow up leads relentlessly and convert opportunities into revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven sales experience; advertising or media sales is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with fieldwork, cold calls, and client meetings
• Able to work under pressure and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚, 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐚
