Our story

Just a stone’s throw away from Laguna Boulevard in Sta. Rosa, Laguna lies the newest and hippest hang out south of the metro. Locale Food Lounge, managed by Denise Brion, Celle Tolentino and Miam Aquino – high school and college friends that took their love of good food and hanging out with friends to a level they can share with the Sta. Rosa community as well as those passing by on their way to and from Tagaytay.

Locale Food Lounge is not your typical food park where two or three stalls offer the same menu item with their own twists. Without the unnecessary competition, each stall shines on their own and rightfully so. In front is Lugaw Queen, the only 24 hour stall housed by the Lounge ready to answer your late night/early morning carb cravings with their piping hot lugaw and goto offerings . Upon entering, one can be sure that each stall inside offer only the best of the best of their chosen cuisines. To name a few - there is really nothing like Tatang’s Lechon Belly meal with servings of crispy lechon skin, Sh**un Sushi’s inventive and mouthwatering Volcano Roll (an avocado, cream cheese and tuna roll with generous amounts of baked salmon drizzled with sriracha on top), Red Bus’ treat yo-self Red Hogg Bacon Delux Burger (signature angus beef patty topped with smoked bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes it puts the burgers available in the Metro to shame) and Chubby Habbi’s double beef koobideh (meat kabab served hot and oozing with flavors and spices, as it should be). Munchies, on the other hand, serves up refreshments and local merienda fare perfect for lazy afternoons – fishballs, squidballs, kikiam with your choice of sweet or spicy sauce and did we mention they also serve everyone’s childhood favorite ice scamble? After your tasty trip down memory lane, you have the option of bringing your choice of snacks over to the second floor where Locale Food Lounge have their very own bar where you can definitely enjoy the cool Sta. Rosa breeze over ice cold beer and bespoke cocktails perfect as you unwind the day with family and friends.
