Arnel Balaoro, the founder and CEO of the company, has been in the field of large scale projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the sponsorship of Saudi Oger ltd. specializing in MEPF- Water & Waste Water Treatment - Medical Services and have worked in land mark mega projects in the Kingdom. Using his experiences as a tool for excellency, he was able to take engineering to a higher form of level in many fields, thus, he created BAE Design Build with an objective of supporting the Engineering Services in the Kingdom. The company’s mission is to give the highest quality standards, achieve a higher form of clientele satisfaction and to be able to build and design infrastructures complying to its timeliness and attention to detail. Envisioning to be a prime engineering company introducing globally-competitive constructions and projects, BAE has reached the international status operating in another country. Recently, BAE started the construction work in the Philippines.
