Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte / Tatay Digong did not start the war to kill, he started it to save. He gave drug addicts a chance to change, to surrender, to choose a better life. But many refused. They kept using, kept selling, kept killing innocent people. So, what should a leader do? Let criminals destroy families, or take action to stop them?
One addict lost is tragic, but thousands of innocent lives saved that is justice. Duterte made the streets safe. Women could walk home at night without fear. Families could sleep peacefully.
And for those saying innocent people were killed, Duterte never let that slide. He made sure that police officers who killed by mistake were punished, removed from their jobs, and sent to jail. He fought criminals, but he never protected those who abused their power.
Now, look at our country. Duterte is gone, and the drug problem is coming back. Crime is rising again. Ask yourself was he really the problem, or was he the only one brave enough to fix it?
WAKE UP!! May naitulong din tlaga sya sa bansa natin.. Tantanan nio na si PRRD at mag focus kayo sa pag papa unlad ng bansa para makasama pamilya nya🙏
Statement of Mayor Sebastian "Baste" Duterte
What happened to former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte—the manner in which he was taken by the by the ICC thru Interpol and PNP, under the ground command of Major General Nicolas Torre—raises serious concerns about due process and the rule of law. The lack of transparency and apparent disregard for established legal protocols sets a dangerous precedent. If this can be done to a former President of the Republic, what protection is left for ordinary Filipino citizens? Actions like these create fear and uncertainty, shaking the very foundations of justice that the government is supposed to uphold.
Our country is going through difficult and uncertain times. The Constitution—our democracy’s foundation—has been put to the test by the very authorities meant to uphold it. Instead of ensuring the protection of the people, power is seemingly being used to silence and intimidate perceived political enemies. Now, we have verified information that search warrants have been issued targeting the residence of my father, former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, along with the homes of my siblings and myself. This blatant act of intrusion into our private spaces raises serious concerns about the intent behind these actions. The PNP PRO-11 has denied this, but after their inconsistent statements regarding PRRD’s situation, the public has every right to question the truth. What is their next move? This only adds to the growing concerns about harassment and intimidation.
I see the overwhelming support of the Filipino people rising in defense of fPRRD. I recognize your courage. I thank you, and I draw strength from your unwavering stand. Now more than ever, I will not be silenced. This is not just about the attack against my family—it is about every Filipino who values justice and fairness. This is not just a question of legal procedures—it is a grave matter of upholding the integrity of our institutions and safeguarding our nation’s sovereignty.
Given all that is happening, it is evident that the current situation bears similarities to Martial Law, even without an official declaration. That is why I urge every Filipino to remain vigilant. Stay well-informed, know your rights, and be ready to defend them. Now is the time to stand firm, protect one another from any abuse of power, and ensure that no Filipino is left vulnerable in these trying times. We are all doing our best to bring PRRD home—to the country he loves and to the people who have always stood by him.
This is not just about fPRRD—it is about love for our country and standing up for every Filipino who struggles against poverty, injustice, and weak leadership. The people’s call for justice and accountability cannot be ignored. Their voices will not be silenced. We will stand together—united, resolute, and unyielding in our pursuit of truth and justice.
Tuloy ang laban.
