Kangkong Crisps Recipe
Ingredients: 4cups Kangkong leaves
1 slightly beaten while egg
1/2 cup cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup cold water
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Liter cooking oil for frying
1. Beat egg, cornstarch mixture, salt and pepper together.
2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of kangkong leaves and cover with the batter mixture.
3. Heat oil in a fryer and fry both sides for around 1minute each side or until golden brown. Keep temperature high until done with all the kangkong leaves.
Vinegar dip: 1/4 c vinegar, minced Onion, garlic, ginger, chili & 2 tsp. Sugar. Mix.
