📌 WE ARE HIRING: ADMIN ASSISTANT

🕒 Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Handle client collections (maniningil ng bayad) through calls, emails, and follow-ups

Prepare and monitor billing statements, receipts, and payment records

Assist in payroll processing (timekeeping, computation, release)

Maintain organized filing of financial and HR documents

Provide general administrative support (scheduling, encoding, office coordination)

Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications:

Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or related course (preferred but not required)

With or without experience in collections and/or payroll is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace

Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy with confidential information

Good communication and interpersonal skills
