St. Vincent's College Incorporated will be hosting The Dipolog Diocesan Schools, 89th National Book Week Celebration on November 29- December 2, 2023 with the theme “READ, REREAD, RELIVE!. It is an annual celebration of the library to encourage reading and literacy among Filipinos, to promote library services and to arouse interests in reading good books.

The competing students will be from the schools of:

* RMIDCI-Rizal Memorial Institute of Dapitan City, Inc.
* SEKCI-Saint Estanislao Kostka College, Inc.
* SJCSI-Saint Joseph College of Sindangan, Inc.
* SVCI-St. Vincent's College, Inc.
