Intelligent beings, professed followers of Christ, are absorbed in the acquirement of worldly possessions or the enjoyment of earthly pleasures. Money, time, and strength are sacrificed for display and self-indulgence; but few are the moments devoted to prayer, to the searching of the Scriptures, to humiliation of soul and confession of sin. The tendency of the modern pulpit is to strain out the divine justice from the divine benevolence, to sink benevolence into a sentiment rather than exalt it into a principle. ( GC 465.3)

LOOK: Master Guide Club—Sindangan Chapter is now unfolding a new batch of Master Guide trainees.

The Master Guide serves as the leadership's starting point, and from there, continuing education is developed to keep young people trained.

Enrollment is ongoing for those willing to be involved in the Master Guide and willing to enroll in Advanced Class.

The induction ceremony will be on October 21, 2023, at Zencar SDA Church, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
