📌 Average English Communication Skills

📌 Call Center experience is an advantage but not a must

Northstrings BPO understands the importance of strong leadership within our organization. While our administration officials possess impressive qualifications and experiences, we believe that a deeper understanding of the role of a rank and file employee is necessary to make relevant and sound decisions regarding company policies and regulations, including our company culture.
We strongly believe that leading by example is the most impactful form of leadership. To ensure that our admin and management officials are fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, they recently underwent a 1-hour test call session. This exercise allowed them to gain valuable insights into proper planning and operational strategies.
