May is often dedicated to the value of charity—a time when schools and communities remind everyone that kindness and generosity should not be set aside. Charity is more than giving material things; it is about offering time, compassion, and support to those in need. Through simple acts of helping, sharing, and caring, people can make a meaningful difference in others’ lives.

Young people play an important role in ending violence against women. By promoting kindness, respect, and equality, we can create a safer environment for every girl and woman. Stand up, speak out, and be part of the change. Ang kabataang may malasakit ay kabataang handang magtanggol.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” Ephesians 6:1-3

Value of the Month: Honesty
Proverbs 12:22 (NIV) says, “The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy.”
This verse teaches us that honesty builds trust and reflects good character. As a school community, we are encouraged to practice honesty in our words and actions every day.

Tucal Elementary School Holds Career Guidance Program
Tucal Elementary School successfully conducted its Career Guidance Program to inspire and motivate learners to start thinking about their future careers on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Brgy. Tucal Multi-Purpose Hall.
The celebration began with a colorful parade, where students enthusiastically showcased their chosen professions in creative and vibrant costumes.
Following the parade, a short program took place, featuring an inspiring message from Kagawad Madelyn Dizon. In her speech, she encouraged the young learners to dream big and to start working toward their goals as early as now.
A highlight of the event was the career modeling presentation, where each grade level proudly displayed their career-themed outfits. From doctors and teachers to engineers and police officers, the students confidently represented various professions.
To recognize creativity and effort, top three participants were awarded as First, Second, and Third Placers.
The Career Guidance Program was a meaningful and fun way for students to explore their interests and start envisioning their futures.

Respect means treating others the way you want to be treated. At school, this looks like listening when someone is speaking, using kind words, and valuing everyone's differences. Let's work together to build a positive and respectful learning environment—every voice matters!
