🛠️ General Qualifications:
✔️ Must have a relevant degree, NC II, technical certification, or training certificate (depending on the position)
✔️ With PRC license (for Mechanical/Electrical Engineer positions)
✔️ Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
✔️ Knowledgeable in plant operations, equipment handling, and safety protocols
✔️ Physically fit and mentally prepared for field or site-based work
✔️ Skilled in mechanical maintenance and equipment repair/troubleshooting
✔️ A team player with initiative, accountability, and a positive attitude
