Do healing crystals really work?

I was skeptical at first. I just wanted to buy one because of their aesthetic value. My very first purchase was a Sodalite bracelet. I was so attracted to it and I immediately bought one. Weeks of wearing it, I gradually noticed that I can sleep easily at night and I no longer suffer from perennial allergic rhinitis.
