Under the leadership of Acting City Fire Marshal FSINSP JOERES REY V OYARDO, personnel of the Tabaco City Fire Station convened for the Troop Information and Education Program, with FO2 Jovy Marie B Britanico serving as the resource speaker.

During the session, FO2 Britanico emphasized that professional excellence in the fire service is not defined by personal recognition or individual accomplishments, but by the team's ability to work together effectively and fulfill its mission with discipline and integrity. He underscored that firefighting demands unwavering humility, accountability, and professionalismβ€”qualities that must guide every firefighter both on and off duty.

She further highlighted that while each member possesses unique talents, experiences, and specialized skills, these strengths are most valuable when used in support of the team. Success on the fireground is built on trust, cooperation, and mutual respect, not arrogance or self-promotion. True humility, he noted, does not lessen one's competence; instead, it strengthens the discipline, unity, and professionalism necessary to safeguard lives, protect property, and serve the community with honor and dedication.
The activity served as a meaningful reminder that the foundation of an effective fire service lies in collective effort, continuous learning, and a shared commitment to public safety.
