The Cart Lab’s Dimsum Bar was truly a hit, serving crowd favorites like pork siumai, fried sharksfin, ube pao, and red mongo buchi — perfectly paired with fried tikoy, fortune cookies, and fresh oranges symbolizing luck and abundance. The Filipino Chinese community warmly embraced our dimsum bar, and seeing everyone enjoy the experience was such a joy for our team.
We are delighted and truly privileged to have been chosen by this prestigious Chinese school to be part of such a meaningful celebration. Here’s to more moments that bring people closer, one bite at a time. 🥢🍊
