The architectural language of this residence is a refined expression of AFOUR’s design principles—Point, Line, Plane, and Volume.

Clean lines, floating volumes, and cantilevered forms create an aesthetic of lightness and modernity, emphasizing the Scandinavian design ethos of simplicity, functionality, and a close connection to nature. This fusion of Scandinavian and tropical design feels particularly fitting, as the client is from Denmark, a country celebrated for its modernist heritage.
