WERE HIRING! ADMIN / ACCOUNTING STAFF

Samotech is looking to hire an Admin/Accounting Staff with the following qualifications:

- BS in Accountancy graduate. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent in English (Written and Oral)
- Knowledge in Excel and MS Office (although we will train you with a proprietary software)
- Proactive and willing to learn and undergo training Job
-Keen on details

Scope/Responsibilities:
- Receive invoices and process them on Workflow Max software.
- Use Xero software in monitoring payables and doing forthnightly payruns.
- Monitor and submit reports on time attendances/timesheets on all staffs in Australia
- Create and submit local staff's timesheets for approval
- Coordinate with our Australian Office thru phone and email
- Willing to take long work hours when needed
