𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage daily site operations and construction activities
• Supervise workers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Monitor project schedule, manpower, and progress
• Handle material requests, purchasing, and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with the National Building Code and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor project costs and assist in billing/accomplishments
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Resolve site issues and delays efficiently.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
• 3–7 years experience in building construction
• Experience in residential or commercial projects preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned on-site (mostly field work)..

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
▪️ 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Produce high-quality still renderings, walkthrough animations, and 360-degree virtual tours that accurately reflect design intent.
▪️ 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Convert 2D blueprints or BIM data (Revit, AutoCAD) into detailed 3D models. Maintain and optimize scene geometry and textures for efficient rendering.
▪️ 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Advanced mastery of industry-standard tools or software includes 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and Unreal Engine.
▪️ 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Stay current with rendering trends, software updates, and hardware performance to maintain high production quality and speed.
▪️ 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞: Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, understanding PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows, and expertise in lighting, composition, and color theory.
