𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: The DOST’s Science and Technology (S&T) Fellows Program held its 4th convention with the theme, "Innovating Together: Enabling Experts, Elevating the Filipino Future," on August 18, 2025 at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.

Researchers, experts, industry leaders, and local stakeholders gathered for learning sessions where plenary speakers discussed research breakthroughs in various fields, such as health and agriculture, among others.

We are proud to feature Dr. Phoebe Nicole Perez, S&T Fellow at DOST-PCHRD, as one of the distinguished speakers at the 4th S&T Fellows Convention!

She will present her project on the Characterization of vector-borne viruses using Raman Spectroscopy for clinical applications under the Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines (VIP)—a vital step in strengthening our country’s health research and response to infectious diseases.
