Under 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑵𝒐. 14, 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 2026, the guidelines aim to sustain learning before, during, and after emergencies while prioritizing the safety and well-being of learners, teachers, and other DepEd personnel.

🟢𝗛𝗮𝘆𝗼 – 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙞𝙣-𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨 continue in safe and stable conditions.
🟡𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘆 – Learning continues at a 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧, 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 during mild disruptions.
🟠𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮 – 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙡𝙤𝙖𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙚𝙙, with focus on learners’ well-being and support.

Once the center of Spanish colonial rule, its historic walls witnessed centuries of struggle and the unwavering pursuit of liberty. Today, it serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by our heroes and the enduring spirit of freedom that continues to unite us as a nation.

May this day inspire us to uphold the values of patriotism, preparedness, and service to our community.
