We're looking for a sharp and reliable Virtual Executive Assistant for one of our international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting directly to the management/executives
- Owning internal operations and processes
- Suggesting process improvements and implementing them
- Corresponding with staff, clients and business partners
- Issuing reports in various formats to provide the company with analytics
- Memo-taking, maintaining, organizing and archiving company files and documents
- Diary management (scheduling of client meetings, teleconferences and other company/official events, including travel arrangements and itineraries)
- Events management
- Reviewing contracts
- Basic contract drafting (non-legal in nature)
- Maintaining database and creating a methodology for our One Drive folders and internal organization
- Custodian of confidential information for the company
- Messengerial/clerical tasks
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Data entry/Transcription
- Information dissemination to company executives
- Performing administrative duties
- Assisting team with compliance, operations, investments
- Managing invoices
- Managing the company’s social media outlets and posts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in a similar role for AT LEAST one (1) year
- Prior knowledge of and experience in real estate industry is preferred but not a strict requirement
- Confident in dealing with top management and foreign clients
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Self-managed and highly organized
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English – both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office and Google programs (i.e. Google Drive) and other file-sharing applications and project management tools/applications (i.e. Trello)
- Comfortable with various IT systems and new platforms
- Strong work ethics
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Prior experience in Data Entry

We're looking for a confident and personable Assistant Property Manager for one of our international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing support to international real property management companies
- Analyzing reports received from management companies, spotting risks in the reports, flagging items of concern, seeking clarifications and making recommendations to the Client, and
implementing any decisions taken
- Monitoring vacancies, assessing vacancy reports
- Advertising for tenants, directly or through a third party
- Dealing directly with tenants, including handling queries and calling tenants if necessary
- Corresponding with other staff member and business partners
- Monitoring expenses
- Frequent reporting to Client by issuing reports in various formats that provide analytics
- Memo-taking, maintaining, organizing and archiving files and documents
- Diary management (scheduling of meetings, teleconferences and other company/official events, including travel arrangements and itineraries)
- Maintaining database and creating a methodology for internal organization
- Data entry/transcription
- Performing other administrative duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in and strong working knowledge of the real estate industry (required)
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Confidence in dealing with top management and foreign clients
- Strong IT literacy, esp. in MS Office (e.g. Excel) and Google programs (i.e. Google Drive)
- Keen attention to detail and time management skills
- High degree of initiative, with the ability to understand the end-goal and work to achieve that goal with minimal supervision
- Ability to spot risks that need to be escalated and autonomously manage those that do not
- Tenacious when following-up on outstanding matters and seeing projects through to conclusion
