AFP Transient Facilities

An AFP Transient Facility is an accessible, decent, convenient & affordable housing facility for use of AFP personnel and their dependents while on official and/or personal travel in the Philippines. There is a total of 22 ATFs nationwide - Luzon (7), Visayas (8 ), and Mindanao (7).

Rates (except Baguio & Cebu):
*Officer - Php250
*EP/Dependent/CivHR - Php150
*Sponsored civilian - Php250

Rates for Baguio & Cebu:
*Officer - Php350
*EP/Dependent/CivHR - Php200
*Sponsored civilian - Php350

Reservation:
1. Accommodation is per head and on a “First Come, First Served” basis.

2. Civilian guests referred or sponsored by active military personnel could also be accommodated (last priority).

3. Except on official mission, guests are allowed to stay for a maximum of 3 days & 2 nights to allow other personnel to use the facility,

4. On non-peak season, guest accommodation may be extended upon approval of the Chief Housing, as recommended by the ATF Section Manager. (Extension shall not exceed 5 days).
