DigiPlus has named finance veteran Mr. Ping Chen as its new President during the Board of Directors' Organizational Meeting following its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on Friday, May 29, 2026. Concurrently elected as a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chen will assume both executive and board responsibilities, effective immediately. He is succeeding Mr. Andy Tsui, who has stepped down after over four years of service as President and Director at the Company.
