🤙42 lessons life taught me 💖
It is something we should all read at least once a week! Make sure you read to the end!
Written by Regina Brett, 90 years old, of the Plain Dealer, Cleveland, Ohio.
"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 42 lessons life taught me. It is the most requested column I've ever written. My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short – enjoy it..
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. Save for retirement starting with your first pay check.
9. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
10. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
11. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
12. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
13. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it...
14 Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
15. Get rid of anything that isn't useful. Clutter weighs you down in many ways.
16. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
17. It's never too late to be happy. But it’s all up to you and no one else.
18. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
19. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
20. Over prepare, then go with the flow.
21. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.💖
22. The most important s*x organ is the brain.
23. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
24. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'
25. Always choose life.
26. Forgive but don’t forget.
27. What other people think of you is none of your business.
28. Time heals almost everything. Give time time.
29. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
30. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does..
31. Believe in miracles.
32. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.
33. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
34. Your children get only one childhood.
35. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.
36. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere. (I love this one)
37. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back.
38. Envy is a waste of time. Accept what you already have not what you need.
39. The best is yet to come...
40. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
41. Yield.
42. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift."

When you're in a relationship and you're constantly doubting and worrying, let it go. You don't deserve that kind of relationship.
Because,
📖 1 Corinthians 13:7 declares that love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
A Godly man will always bring you peace and security.😇😇😇

HOW JEZEBEL TRAPS CHURCH LEADERS
By: Jeremiah Johnson
The Jezebel spirit is a mastermind, scenting out weaknesses in leaders and striking when it finds an advantage. Often gifted individuals from outside the church will sweep in during a moment of crisis and seem to have the skills or answers that are desperately needed. Cunning and articulate, they position themselves to save the day. Beware! A snake in the grass will suddenly become a dragon. God sends people, the enemy sends people and some people send themselves.
These individuals might be sent by God to aid you during a time of distress, but from my personal experience, this scenario is often the way the Jezebel spirit waltzes through the open door of a local church. Lurking, it watches and waits for the moment when leadership is floundering and then volunteers to help. Whether it's leading worship, the youth group or the counseling ministry, this spirit seeks to fill gaps, but with the wrong heart and motive. This spirit has an agenda!
The Jezebel spirit quickly spins a web around unsuspecting church leaders, who feel like they can finally come up for air because they have more help, but over time this demon will cause spiritual asphyxiation. Its victims feel ill, suffocated, manipulated, disoriented and confused. They suffer from migraine headaches, chronic illness, unexplained fatigue and nausea. Avoid suspicion and be open to divine aid, but use discernment!
The spirit of Jezebel will show up at the right time with the wrong motive, carrying a diabolical agenda and looking out for its own interest. Not every intuitive person who recognizes a need and volunteers to fill it can be trusted! You must build kingdom family and healthy relationships to provide accountability and w**d out potential agents of destruction to avoid massive collateral damage. You are better off weak, trusting God for unmet needs, than inviting the spirit of Jezebel into your house. This demon brings false strength that slowly cripples you at the knees, making you dependent upon it for everything. Refuse treaties and truces and build covenant community.
Advice for women in the dating world.
You will never convince a man to love you.
Find a man who answers when you call and texts back within minutes rather than days.
Find a man who gives you clear-cut answers and doesn’t leave you wondering where you stand.
Find a man who wants to make you a part of his life rather than a chapter in his book.
Find a man who doesn’t take years and years to figure out what he wants from you.
Find a man who respects, celebrates and encourages your individuality, your education, your spirituality, and your growth.
Remember It is never asking too much from a man to be considered a priority.
Find a man who is genuinely interested in you and pursues you daily.
Find a man who asks you to go to church with him.
Find a man that never lets you go to sleep at night wondering if you still matter.
Watch how a man treats his mother. You can learn a lot from how someone treats the person who brought them into this world.
Never chase a man because of his looks because one day those looks will eventually fade and what you are left with is what's inside so don't be consumed by his physical traits.
Find a man who protects you and stands up for you even when you're not around.
Find a man who values you and who would never put themselves in a position to lose you.
Find a man who wakes up every day looking for new ways to love you.
Find a man who understands it's not about giving you the world but making you feel like you're the only one in it.
But Remember this Phrase "GOD'S PERFECT TIME IS ALWAYS THE BEST" 🙏☝️❤
Take my advice and remember your time is precious. Don't waste it on someone who doesn't realize you are too.
