To all learners and parents/guardians:

Please be informed that ID Capturing for the issuance of school IDs with the new admin signatories will be conducted at:
📍 Avila Building – Room A-1031 (Nursery Room) (Beside the PWD Restroom)

✅ Who should proceed for ID Capturing?
• New Learners
• Incoming Grades 1, 7, and 11
• Old Learners: Incoming Grades 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10

📌 Learners are advised to secure their enrollment forms from the Registrar’s Office before proceeding to ID capturing.

📌 Learners who were already issued IDs last school year, including those with reprinted/lost IDs, are requested to bring their existing IDs upon enrollment for validation purposes.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1239 issued by Malacañang declaring May 6–8, 2026 as special non-working days in Cebu, ASIL remains open today, May 6, 2026, until 5:00 PM.

Office operations and onsite enrollment will be suspended on May 7–8, 2026 and will resume on May 11, 2026 (Monday).
