As much as possible... please avoid hard,sticky, crunchy, and chewy foods. I'm sure you dont want to experience chewing your Ortho Brackets...🤐😷🦷

CUT FOOD INTO SMALL PIECES:
Cut hard foods (like apples or carrots) into small, bite-sized pieces and chew with your back teeth.

RINSE AND CLEAN:
Rinse your mouth with water after meals to remove food debris.

BRUSH FREQUENTLY:
Brush at least twice a day, preferably after every meal, using fluoride toothpaste.

HANDLE SORENESS:
If teeth are sensitive after adjustments, eat cold foods like ice cream or frozen yogurt to relieve pain.

USE ORTHOWAX:
Use orthodontic wax to cover any brackets or wires that cause discomfort.
