Jawili Integrated School dominates the field and claims Champion โ€“ Best in Fire Fighting at the Inter-Barangay Fire Olympics: Fire Safety Challenge Race 2026 held on March 21, 2026 at Poblacion, Tangalan, Aklan.

Led by our incredible coaches, Ms. Christine May A. Tasoy and Ms. Hezel D. Tambong, this victory is built on hard work, training, and teamwork.

But this event was more than just winning. It was about preparation, readiness, and being trained for real-life emergencies. Today, we proved that we are not only champions, but also ready to respond, ready to act, and ready to serve our community.

Our sincere thanks to the Tangalan Bureau of Fire Protection for organizing a successful and meaningful event.

We also extend our gratitude to our community, school, our supportive Head Teacher I Mr. Sannen J. Tajaran , and barangay for the unwavering support.

In celebration of Pro-Life Month this February 2026, and in line with the Profile-Mission of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMII) of the Diocese of Kalibo, Jawili Integrated School proudly joined the Short Video Contest on Pro-Life sponsored by the .

Anchored on the Mission Theme โ€œCelebrating Life, Defending Life, Promoting Life in All Its Stagesโ€ and this monthโ€™s sub-theme โ€œChoose Lifeโ€, our video entry aims to strengthen advocacy and raise awareness within parishes and the wider community.

This meaningful project was made possible through the guidance of Mrs. Ma. Angelica M. Domingo and the dedication and creativity of the Grade 11 students, led by:

In line with the celebration of BFP Community Relations Week and Fire Prevention Month, selected Grade 7 to Grade 10 students participated in an informative and engaging session on March 4, 2025, held at the Jawili Integrated School โ€“ JHS Computer Laboratory.

The activity strengthened studentsโ€™ awareness on fire prevention, emergency response, and community responsibility. Through this initiative, learners were empowered to become proactive advocates of safety not only in school but also in their homes and barangays.

Indeed, prevention starts with awarenessโ€”and awareness begins with education.
