𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 📖

𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁, 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 and a 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 to my previous daily collagen supplement.

I was medically discharged from the military in 2000, because of 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 and 𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘀 (C5 to C-7). I was scheduled for spine surgery in 2013 because I was then experiencing chronic persistent pain, numbness, and tingling of my extremities, but the nuerosurgeon could not guarantee that the pain and numbness will go away after the surgery. Plus, there was a 10% chance that I may get completely paralized from the procedure.

So, I opted to try pain management and physical therapy first. Various medications for pain, for neuropathic pain, for muscle stiffness and tension headaches. I also had weekly body massages, physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and daily supplement intake of collagen for my knee and neck arthritis. 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻.

I believe that collagen supplement was responsible for reducing my joint pains and swelling, making my knees and neck more flexible. 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆.

Then in December 2020, I discovered 𝗪𝗲𝗘-𝗖 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗖 and 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻. A 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, which can cost around 𝗣𝟯,𝟱𝟬𝟬. The effect to my joints was the same, if not— better because 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝟯 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.

𝗜'𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝟱𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱, but after I started taking these daily supplements, I felt 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 and 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿. 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝟰𝟬𝘀).
